Measurement data

The App stores measurement data (records, split times, etc.) received via Bluetooth (BLE) from a connected timing device only in a local database on your device. This data is never automatically transmitted to an external server.

The App includes a feature to export recorded data as CSV or Excel. This only happens when you choose it yourself from the share menu, and you select the destination (email, cloud storage, etc.) each time. The App does not automatically sync or upload your data.

Information we collect

Crash and diagnostic information

To help improve app stability, technical diagnostic information (such as crash context, device information, and OS version) may be collected when the App crashes. This is used only to investigate and fix issues.

Support inquiries

When you contact our support address (support@qualiworks.jp), we retain the information necessary to handle the exchange, such as your email address and the content of your inquiry.

Permissions used

• Bluetooth / Nearby devices: used to connect to the timing device.
• Location: required by the OS to perform BLE scanning. The App does not itself collect, record, or transmit your location.
• File access (share feature): used to let you choose where to save exported measurement data.

Sharing with third parties

We do not share your measurement data or personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at any specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on this page.
